Bill oversees the fiscal aspects of Chartwell’s real estate portfolio, including its current hotel assets totaling more than $1 billion, the portfolio of residential communities as well as accounting and administration of the in-house construction company. Bill has 30+ years of financial experience in the real estate industry, including involvement in three start-up companies, where he helped to create their respective accounting departments. His industry experience prior to joining Chartwell ranges from hospital and office construction with HCA and Rodgers Construction to multifamily development with Trammell Crow Residential and SWH Properties. At Crow and SWH, Bill helped create both accounting departments and assisted in financing over 20,000 apartment units. 

Bill is a graduate of Lipscomb University and earned his Master of Business Administration degree from Middle Tennessee State University.
