Gilmore began his career with Chartwell Hospitality and McNeill Hotel Company working on the operations side of the business. He managed various facets of the business including housekeeping, front office and more. After several years in operations, Gilmore took the path to further his education and pursue his master’s degree in real estate.

After graduate school, Gilmore worked for boutique real estate developer based out of McLean, VA – the Merion Group. Merion had a heavy focus on single-family infill in northern Virginia and managed and owned commercial office and retail in the area.

Most recently Gilmore worked for TerraPact, a critical infrastructure and railroad corridor real estate company. His primary responsibilities were maintaining and overseeing corridor agreements, negotiating and executing infrastructure contracts, analyzing/reporting/coordinating with all managed clients.

Gilmore graduated from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville with a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and obtained his Masters in Real Estate from Georgetown University in Washington DC.
