As Senior Partner of Franklin Construction Group, Will oversees and directs all aspects of FCG’s construction business. Will has led over $1.0 billion in ground-up development projects throughout the country. Several of Will’s developments are award-winning projects, such as the Hilton in Franklin, TN (2018 Hilton New Build of the Year in the Americas; 2018 ABC Excellence in Construction Award) and the Courtyard and Residence Inn in Kansas City, MO (2017 Capstone Mixed-Use Development of the Year). Will is Chartwell Hospitality’s Executive Vice President of Development and is also a Partner at Chartwell Residential. He leverages his complementary construction and development expertise, to effectively lead Franklin Construction Group. A key component of Chartwell’s vertically integrated structure, FCG, under Will’s leadership constructs Chartwell’s residential development projects in an efficient, timely, and cost-effective manner while adhering to the highest standards of construction quality and practice. Will is a graduate from the University of Tennessee and holds a Tennessee BC Unlimited Contractor license.
